Proposed Constitutional Amendment 9 for the November 7, 2023 ballot to permit a COLA increase in some retired teacher's pay. The funds to be taken from the Texas general revenue fund. I'm leaning toward NO.

Proposed Constitutional Amendment 5 for the November 7, 2023 ballot to create a Constitutional Texas University Fund. NO

Proposition 2: Proposed Constitutional Amendment for the November 7, 2023 ballot to permit the exemption of property taxes on childcare facilities. More exemptions means the loss of taxes gets pushed to the other properties, generally in the form of higher tax rates.
